Retailer Partner FAQs

There is no fee to register and apply as a retailer on Jewel Manas. However, you will need to subscribe to a membership plan (Allied, Jewellery, or TopSeller) to access the full catalog and B2B ordering features. Each plan offers different product visibility limits, feature access, and commission discounts. Contact our B2B relations team for a plan recommendation based on your store size.

The B2B base price is a real-time computation: Metal Cost = (Metal Rate per 10g / 10) × Adjusted Metal Weight × Metal Purity + Making Cost (metal weight × making rate) + Other Charges (flat fee) + Stone Cost (carat weight × per-carat rate from the stone group master). If the vendor has entered a manual B2B price override, that is used instead. Prices update automatically when the admin syncs live spot metal rates.

Yes. As a retailer, you can configure a B2C markup percentage for your products. The final customer price is: B2B Base Price × (1 + Your Markup%). You have full control over your retail margin. If you apply a promotional discount, it is applied on top of the B2C price before presenting to customers.

Returns are handled centrally by Jewel Manas for orders placed within 14 days of delivery. The returned item is inspected by our gemology team for authenticity and condition. If approved, the customer refund is processed via Cashfree. Your settlement for that sale is adjusted accordingly. Custom-made or bespoke orders are not eligible for returns.

After order delivery confirmation and the standard 7-day return window, your net earning (sale amount minus platform commission) is automatically transferred to your Cashfree-registered bank account within 7 business days. Your bank must be verified by admin and linked to Cashfree as a beneficiary before payouts are activated. Payouts happen on a weekly automated cycle.

For new retailers, we recommend starting with the Allied Plan (₹18,000/yr) to explore the platform and onboard your first customers. If you need B2B bulk ordering, advanced analytics, and higher product visibility, upgrade to the Jewellery Plan (₹36,000/yr). The TopSeller Plan (₹1,00,000/yr) is ideal for high-volume stores wanting featured placement and maximum commission discounts.

Yes. The B2B Marketplace Access feature (available on Jewellery Plan and higher) allows you to browse vendor catalogs, place wholesale bulk orders, negotiate quantities and delivery schedules with vendors, and track B2B order fulfillment in real-time from your retailer portal.

Every diamond product on the Jewel Manas platform is backed by a grading report from internationally recognized laboratories — GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), or SGL (Solitaire Gemological Laboratories). All gold and platinum products carry BIS hallmark certification confirming karat purity (14K, 18K, 22K). Certificates accompany every order shipped.
