These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as a B2C customer, registered vendor, registered retailer, or visitor) and Jewel Manas ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or transacting on the Jewel Manas website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform.

To register as a B2C customer, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

To register as a Vendor or Retailer, your business entity must be a legally registered Indian company, partnership firm, LLP, or sole proprietorship with a valid GSTIN and PAN. All KYC documents submitted must be genuine and current.

Jewel Manas operates as a multi-vendor B2B and B2C marketplace. We facilitate transactions between Vendors (manufacturers/suppliers), Retailers (physical showrooms and stores), and B2C Customers.

Jewel Manas is not the seller of record for products listed by third-party Vendors or Retailers. Each vendor or retailer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, diamond certification details, metal specifications, and pricing.

Jewel Manas acts as a technology and logistics facilitator. We manage the commission structure, payment processing, and logistics coordination — but the contractual sale is between the Vendor/Retailer and the end customer.

All listed dimensions, metal weights, diamond carat weights, and specifications are approximate and subject to standard jewellery manufacturing tolerances of ±5%.

Color representations of metals (yellow gold, white gold, rose gold) on screen may vary based on your device display calibration. Physical items are the definitive reference.

All diamond products are accompanied by certification from GIA, IGI, or SGL. The certified grades (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) are legally binding and verified by our gemology team before shipment.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product prices are computed dynamically based on live gold, silver, and platinum spot rates, updated by our admin team. Prices confirmed at checkout are final and locked for that order.

Jewel Manas accepts all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank EMI options. Payments are processed through our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders up to ₹50,000.

In the event of a payment failure after order confirmation, our support team will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue before cancellation.

Vendors and Retailers must agree to the commission rate set by the Platform admin before their products can be listed publicly. Commission is a percentage of the sale price or a flat amount, as specified in the Commission Master agreement.

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders within the stated lead time, maintaining accurate stock status, and packaging items per Jewel Manas's security packaging standards.

Vendors must ensure all diamonds in their products are accompanied by valid GIA, IGI, or SGL certificates. Failure to provide valid certificates may result in immediate product delisting and account suspension.

Standard in-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Custom-made or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced in the vendor's workshop.

Jewel Manas reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or compliance violations.

All catalog designs, brand marks, platform logo, software code, dynamic pricing algorithms, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Jewel Manas and are protected under Indian Copyright Act 1957 and Trademark Act 1999.

Vendors and Retailers grant Jewel Manas a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their product images and descriptions on the Platform for the purpose of sales and marketing.

Any unauthorized scraping, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jewel Manas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including product quality disputes between Vendors and customers.

Our total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total transaction value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
