Register & Submit KYC
Complete the digital vendor onboarding form with your business and bank details.
- Submit business PAN, GSTIN, and manufacturing or supplier licenses.
- Provide bank account details (account name, account number, IFSC) for Cashfree settlement account setup.
- Upload 5–10 sample design images representing your product quality standards.

Admin Verification & Portal Access
Our compliance team reviews your KYC and activates your vendor account.
- KYC and business authenticity verification completed within 48 business hours.
- Admin registers your bank account as a Cashfree beneficiary for automated payouts.
- Receive your vendor portal login credentials and virtual onboarding demo.

Set Up Your Catalog
Upload stone groups, making charges, and products with full pricing parameters.
- Create stone groups with shape, carat, color, clarity, and per-carat rate.
- Set making rates and other charges linked to your products.
- Upload products with metal type, weight, diamond parameters — prices compute automatically. Bulk Excel import available on eligible plans.

Commission Agreement
Admin sets a commission rate for your account. Review and accept before products go live.
- Admin creates a commission rule — either a flat ₹ amount or percentage based on product price range.
- Review the commission in your portal: Accept it directly or submit a counter-proposal with justification.
- Only products with an accepted commission status are visible on the public storefront.

Receive Orders & Weekly Payouts
Orders arrive in your dashboard. Fulfill them and receive your settlement every 7 days.
- Get instant dashboard and email notifications on new orders from retailers or B2C customers.
- Package the item per our security standards and schedule a complimentary insured logistics pickup.
- After delivery confirmation, commission is deducted and your bank payout is processed within 7 business days via Cashfree.
