Standard stock items typically dispatch from our central verification warehouse within 3-5 business days. Bespoke customized ornaments (including custom ring resizing or diamond-clarity settings) require individual casting and handcrafting by our artisans, which takes 10-15 business days. Dispatch schedules are updated live on your order status dashboard.
2. Hand-to-Hand Signature Delivery
For security reasons, all Jewel Manas packages require a signature from an adult (18+) and verification of government-issued photo ID by the secure delivery agent. Courier personnel are strictly instructed not to leave boxes in drop boxes, mailbox centers, or with third-party residential front-desk staff unless authorized by you in writing.
3. Discretionary Secure Boxes
Your jewelry is packaged inside our signature luxury velvet box, wrapped inside an unbranded outer box for safety. The outer box does not bear any brand logos, diamond certificate decals, or high-value terminology, ensuring discretion throughout transit.
